Return Policy

  1. Returns: Customers may return new, unopened products purchased directly from DU-MOST.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  2. Return Shipping: All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to DU-MOST. However, if the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. They will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or make alternative arrangements.
  3. Eligibility: These return policies apply to products purchased directly from DU-MOST.com. Please note that different policies may apply to products purchased through authorized resellers or distributors.
  4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact DU-MOST Customer Service via email at inquiry@dumost.com to obtain the RMA number.
  5. Authorized Returns: DU-MOST will not accept any products returned without proper authorization. Please ensure that you have obtained the RMA number before returning the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  6. Product Inspection: All returned products will undergo inspection by DU-MOST. Only products in their original and saleable condition at the time of receipt by DU-MOST are eligible for a refund.
  7. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  8. Refurbishing Charge: Returned products that are not in new saleable condition at the time of receipt by DU-MOST may be subject to a refurbishing charge of up to 100% of the product cost.
  9. Non-Defective Returns: If, upon inspection, the returned product(s) is not deemed defective, the customer will be responsible for the freight cost. To potentially avoid or reduce return costs, we encourage customers to email customer service photos of the suspected defect. We strive to be as fair as possible in these situations.
  10. Packaging: Special care should be taken when repackaging the product for return. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  11. Damaged Shipments: If a delivered product is received by the customer in less than perfect condition, it must be signed for as "damaged". DU-MOST will not be responsible for rejection of freight claims due to damage if the shipment has not been signed for as such. We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the shipment for damages and signing for it as "damaged" if necessary.
  12. Refund Process: The refund process may take up to 3 weeks. In most cases, refunds are processed within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
